After-sales services

Even after the purchase of our equipment you are in good hands with us! Of course you can have your equipment recalibrated and adjusted by us at any time. If your device has been damaged or, in your opinion, does not work properly, it can be checked and repaired in our company at any time. As our devices are highly complex, please refrain from opening the device yourself or making changes to it.

We require the following information for quick processing at our premises:

• Your company name and, if applicable, plant / location
• A contact person in your company for any queries
• A transaction number or reference number of your company – if available
• Information whether a cost estimate should be prepared in advance and to whom it should be sent
• Info about which service you want. For repairs, a fault description is very helpful, the more detailed the better. In this way you help us to find the cause quickly.

Do not forget to add accessories that we need for checking and calibration (especially the fiber optic cable and the optical system attached to them).

Please ensure sufficient packaging to avoid damage during transport. This will also help you to conserve resources and save packaging costs: If we consider the packaging to be adequate, we will use it for the return shipment of your instruments.

Please note that a flat rate of 150 – 350 EUR, depending on the type of device, will be charged for checking and preparing a cost estimate in any case. If you place an order, this will of course be charged at the actual cost.
